Im introuble with an Ebay buyer

Definatly make sure you get the item back before you give any sort of refund but i have to agree it is slightly misleading. But ive got no time for people that think using a disability, be it there own or someone elses to get their own way or make someone feel intimidated into doing something is ok.

What the hell? How can anyone accuse the OP of trying to con anyone or from being dishonest is beyond me...

The OP clearly listed and photographed what was for sale. The '15 games' thing was a small pedantic oversight; anyone with a brain would realise this. But then again, anyone with a functioning brain would actually read what they're buying before putting pen to paper. It is the buyer's fault for being such a bloody retard, no-one elses. However, ebay will and shall always side with the buyer because they want to attract their business. If I were you I wouldn't bother with ebay again as it's a complete farce from both ends.

There's not 15 games though is there?
Totaly the OP's fault.

Listing was incorrect, number of games is incorrect, category was incorrect and P&P settings were incorrect - OP should have corrected these before making the listing, or suffer the consequences.

However, ebay is such a crock of a system these days that no-one's going to end up happy out of this scenario. The buyer is clearly too stupid to work out what they've bid on - and if it was me selling, I'd probably just ignore them and let them learn their lesson.

However... I wouldnt list such a badly written auction in the first place.

lol. hope he enjoys playing with the computer box! Maybe the parents wont let their disabled kid bit on ebay again. They must be as disabled as their child to let them bid on things on ebay without supervision

So the outcome of all this is She gets refunded £16 by ebay and keeps the speccy. I get a £20 voucher off ebay as a small gesture and a way to say sorry!

Get in!! :D

indeed

this person is taking the seller for a ride.

how dare you insult my honour with such blatant claims!

poor little timmy fell down a well and got stuck roughly halfway down , he was inside the well for many hours so long infact that the circulation to his legs was very poor and when he was eventually rescued he had to have his legs amputated.

if it wasnt for my dog lassie he may not have been found in time at all.

ebay made me sell a Xplorer guitar with free postage due to it being a video game accessory, £7.46 it cost me to send via a parcel, I was like **********
ive lost 8quid too because of this

a tottally disgusting company

i also love how despite having 100s of positive feedback they randomly hold my funds for a week or more whenever i sell something expensive.

i guess they make good interest on all the people they do this toos money ?

So, what is your ebay name. Just so I can avoid you in future.

Seriously, you think that is the correct outcome here? YOU cocked up the listing, you took her money. Sheesh, this is why I don't use ebay any more.

LOL, don't you start too. What better outcome do you suggest then? The woman has done well don't you think? She's got a full refund and a free speccy with free postage on top!

I'm such a bad person that ebay have said sorry to me. I'm such a bad seller that i have almost 220 feedback still at 100% positive.

Your just moaning for the sake of it.

Is it wrong to just put the item in the wrong category to get around the retarded free p&p on games thing? I mean, what difference does the category make? I've never once looked at the category, I've always bought stuff by searching for what I want - looking through categories would be a waste of time with the amount of stuff on eBay. When you've got more than 5 games to send, or a big Guitar Hero accessory, the postage certainly isn't negible enough for them to force you to pay it. I'd rather just put it a semi-related category than raise the price of the listing which might put off some buyers.

You'll just get your item reported and removed if you do that.

Cant you just select sellers standard rate and put the postage to what you want? I sold something recently and put £7 postage. It cost me £2.60 to send, about £2.50 for paypal fees and around £2 for ebay fees

Ebay hardly lets you charge anything postage wise these days its an absolute joke, i sold some pc and xbox games and because you cant charge postage i barely made any money at all, the sites a waste of time in my opinion.

oh and someone recently left me my 1st ever negative out of thousands of transactions because a 2 quid pc game went missing in the post, i gave full refund and kept in touch but he left me a negative saying "never received, terrible".

So i have gone from 1300 feedbacks no negative with 100% positive down to 98.75 all because some idiot didnt get a 2 quid pc game that went missing during the postal strike. As a seller the buyers have you over a barrel because sellers cannot leave buyers a negative feedback under any circumstances, im done with the site for good i cant stand it.

I call lies...

I distinctly remember your boy was called Jimmy and it was Beethoven you had.

Jimmy is playing football outside now with Beethoven isnt he!

It makes me sick that people like the OP go out of their way to deceive and rob disabled children, especially this close to Christmas!

Ill pray for forgiveness for your soul my child but you should be ashamed.

1299 / 1300 x 100 = 99.93%

does not compute. :D
