I'm with you, much rather that i'm not in the box thanks. Just because it is a kid, doesnt mean i wouldnt value my life higher than his.
 
I'd shoot the boy even if he didn't have a gun....

If it came down to it, then yes I'd shoot the kid as I don't want to die myself.

It'd be nice to think that you could perhaps just injure the kid, but he'd probably be back again when he's healed to shoot more of you.

I would never think *omfg child lets make him bleeeeeeeeeeeeed* but i agree with you, he may have been brought up to kill, or he may not have, eitherway if i feel threaten i do what i can to get rid of that feeling.

Today i had a massive arguement with work friends. I am hopefully going to join the RAF as a communication and information systems specialst (or cis om to people who know wtf im talking about)

People were asking me about what i will be doing etc and then somebody mentioned what if i had to kill somebody. It came onto the discussion of what if i had to kill a little boy who was walking/running towards me with there gun pointed at me. I firmly said i would shoot and kill them the moment i saw them threatening me.

Well this caused a huge arguement, people were saying what if it was only a small child who didnt know better, i was saying i don't care, if its me or him then he is the one who will get killed. Even if i end up with theropy for a few months he will be the one who gets killed. It made a few people mad :o

I spoke to my parents about it and they agree with me, if its a life or death situation they said they would rather him go home in a box than me, and i agree.

Im not saying that i want to go out and kill everyone i see, i don't want to kill anybody, but if it came to this situation it would be me who shoots to kill. Not to injure,but to kill.

Do you guys agree with me? Or do you agree with my friends?

P.s Don't make this into an agrument i just wonder peoples opinions

tbh ignore them - i bet they would do exactly the same as you if they were in the same situation
 
Possibly, i have not been through training yet thus i am not sure what happens in this situation, my current feelings are before/during the warning what is to stop him not shooting?

However thinking about it, arnt we/you the threat? I mean if you think about it were the ones who invade peoples countries and run about with guns?

In away i think you are right if we went there then we are the threat, but then that is what i have signed up to do, so then they are the threat for me?

And look what happened to him.... Lack of legitimate authority, that is why you need to be in the RAF to do it.

For what it is worth I'd say if you are in a business where killing is expected then when it comes to you or them, you should always be looking after yourself, no matter the status of the other combatents.
