Im on day 5 of my nutrition shake diet

The NHS literally prescribes 800 calorie shake diets for 3 months as already linked earlier.
That doesn't mean it's healthy or sustainable, it means the other option for the people it's prescribed to is death and they need to lose weight rapidly.

From the figures you've posted before you're not that heavy and therefore probably wouldn't qualify.

Its for reversing type 2 diabetes, and in my case I'm doing the same for heart blockage.

BMI and weight figures dont matter when you have a diagnosed heart condition that was getting closer and closer to having a heart attack every day.

The simple question then is why haven't you been prescribed it for your diagnosed condition if it works to improve it and it's that serious?

Because I haven't seen any doctors about it?

It was simply diagnosed twice from routine annual ECG tests and put on my medical history.

All it meant initially was having to have some medications I was on at the time stopped and changed to others.

There were virtually no symptoms initially, its simply suddenly hit me like a truck out of nowhere since a few months ago, and I can't be bothered seeing doctors about it.

So you have routine annual ECG tests, which have found a potentially serious blockage and yet you've never been referred to someone to investigate it or thought to contact your GP about it.

What's the point of the ECGs if the results aren't followed up on

I could ask the same question.

All GPs do annual tests but never seem to follow up on the results unless I ask.

Again, for 3 months. Doesn't mean it it's a great idea, and they'll be used in extreme circumstances. If you are an extreme circumstance I would honestly go speak to someone about it, push and push. I mean if your doing this for a few weeks then fair enough but long term you're going to do more damage than good. I don't want to discourage anything because a good step is always the best, but open yourself up to more research and curiosity to how you can make this even better for yourself.

your only 84kg? if you was 120kg or something youd notice the weight coming down quickly, the less body fat you have the harder/ longer it is to remove.

check this Dr on youtube on his weight loss vids

85ish, still no weight loss into my second week.

Skinny frame, pot belly over 40 inch wide though. The main problem is the cholesterol build up.

Made a mung bean curry today with double the beans, 1/4 the rice, extra onions and peas, eating a much smaller amount each time too.

even if there isnt any weight loss yet, look at the main reason you are loosing weight.. your insides! they'll be thanking you. get one of the stepper tracking apps on your phone, who cares if they dont measure proper, i still make a point of hitting my target everyday, even if it means lapping the garden at night haha

i use this one and i put in my weight and other details, 11k steps a day is the target, when im in work ive hit 30k steps before in one day, it honestly becomes addictive to try and hit your targets

Step Tracker - Pedometer Free & Calorie Tracker – Apps on Google Play

p.s the type of weight you have is the same as me, all on the belly / sides, which from what ive read is the worst type of weight.

Yes this is the issue I'm already aware of. Doesn't matter what the digits are or if my BMI is under 30, its already ruining me.

only you can sort your self out, others can only advise, even a doctor can only " tell you " what to do, but it comes down to you. Even the NHS website has a section on what to eat / not eat to lower it

Starting week 3 and for the last 3 days I haven't had any chest pain or noticeable irregular beats (no more heart feeling like its trying to jump out of the chest).

I've been having a bit more normal food, but keeping low on sugar and saturated fats.
