Why not use your hand like everyone else.
Because my hand cramps like hell when writing. Always has, some type of circulation issue.

We don't dive, but have booked a snorkelling trip to the Daymaniat Islands though. Recent trips have ended up with swimming with Whale sharks which would be pretty cool.

Been before ? PO French Quarter is nice, make the most of your dining credits, too. Not sure if it's still possible but you were able to convert two quick service credits into one sit down meal credit. Might be handy if you are stuck with a few at the end...
