So you only bought the small 55"I am super, super jealous. We were bickering in the shop before lock-down over 55 and 65. Naturally I lost. Even despite me using man maths suggesting that a correct size for the living room would be 75" and I was compromising
Think on the bright side It could been worst and been the 48" OLED

Did you pay off a lump sum or was that just the term of the loan? Good feeling clearning off a chunk of debt. I only have my mortgage, till I sell up soon and am back to square one living with my mum again

Not technically a purchase as I collected the car over 18 months ago, but I now own the Ferrari outright which is a good feeling.
No plans to sell just gonna keep enjoying it and keep putting the miles on it.
No matter how well you take a photo, it's one of those colours which has to be seen in the flesh. Photos don't do it justice. Some colours are just like that, and that's one of them.
Mines the same, it's a colour which seems to change in the different lights.

Let me know how you get on. I did consider the 65C9 but stock seemed limited, and it wasn't saving me that much cash compared to buying the CX.
C9 is very highly rated anyway and trades blows pretty well with the CX.
The shop had a CX and a C9 side by side the C9 is brighter. Image quality is the same...
Isn't the saving £700 - £800?

More like £400 more for the CX depending where you get it, and what price was paid for the C9.
Bit more expensive but also more current. I did have a bit of back and forth on the debate, but in the end I just thought I'll get the one that LG will update better once the new consoles hit.
Loads of people with C9's seem very happy with them though, and as you say report slightly better brightness values.

Haha i can relate to this. About a month after we moved into our house we went to bed and counted 21 spiders in our bedroom. Just lurking in every corner (and other places, i don't like in a 21 cornered house)
I don't think previous owners cleaned much though as the last few years it's been much reduced.
