Yeah agree with this, the Bluetooth is so frustrating at times. Have to reset the connection or it randomly starts dropping out even if I'm right next to them. Sound great though

On a positive note the sound quality is incredible, the ANC is outstanding and the battery life is unbelievable. If you do have any connection issues, I've found unpairing from my phone and then adding them again helps quite a bit.

Yeah the sound is very good , and even better when properly fitted once i get it just right lol

That's reassuring. I bought the extra warranty from JL in case it does get burn-in in a few years.

Just a thought - would warranty cover burn in? I would have thought that was effectively ‘wear’ from use and wouldn’t be covered.

JL provide an additional 'Protect Plus' warranty that covers screen burn-in https://www.johnlewis.com/our-services/protect-plus

Shame it's not standard but took it out for peace of mind
