Hah I said the same! I like it but I understand the marmite vibes... Did similar in my utility

We also did something not too disimilar in our old house's downstairs toilet, but it was a lot more toned down. Something similar to your top right tile with the colouring of the bottom right. It was all the same pattern though. Looked lovely.

How do those wedges work? I presume its to get every tile level with the next with no lips?

How do you get them out once its set?
Aye thats the idea. I also used about 3 different trowels as despite self Levelling there was voids in the floor. Overall it's pretty level when measured on my 2m spirit level.

They're perfect level master clips, you just smash off the white bits with a mallet and can reuse the red bits. Only thing to consider is they cost a bit, used over 100 just in that floor, which is about a 13 quid bag.

It was first time I've ever tiled so relatively happy. Certainly payed for a worse finish previously.

Some tiles, clips, grout and and a new door bar

That's definitely a home improvement that's unique to you and I hope you enjoy it.

It's definitely not my cup of tea and it just looks like the shop had tons of end tiles to sell and made them up into a new pack to sell!

Hopefully you're not planning on moving home and that's there for you to enjoy for a long time to come?
