Images of items I have purchased (except trainers [no feet pics])

Cheers for this post dude, very helpful! I'll definitely have a listen to your tunes too :D
Np, only 1 track on there at the moment, although I might add more at some point, any criticism welcome, constructive or otherwise :p

I had the original Roland MC-303 Groovebox back in the day. Total pain in the butt arranging stuff on it! This was back before mobile phones existed though :p

Ableton is ace, with an hour of YouTube watching you'll be able to start making tunes. I never actually finish anything but enjoy dabbling and messing about. Just use the cheapest Ableton version with Serum which I bought.

Yeah, I'm sure it's very good, but after 8 hours of staring at visual studio & SMSS, the last think I want is more workspaces! I'd rather just twiddle some knobs until I get something that sounds good :D

Not quite a 4090, but still a good card at the current going price.

I have one of these. Fantastic bit of kit. Never been happier to own an FE product.

Speakers finally turned up. Sound quality is seriously good, but then I am coming from a pair of 80s era speakers on an 80s era stereo. Just disappointed that they came fitted with a 2-pin plug, not a 3-pin.

And yes, I know -the cables. Under my desk looks like an explosion in a snake factory.

:) Which part of the North or South Island are you hitting up?
Staying in North island this time over xmas, heading to Taupo, Coromandel, Gisborne / Napier, then going home for a couple of days, then heading north to Paihia / Cape Reinga

I'm not 100% but dimensions say so, the bed is 1.5m wide and the tent is 1,95m wide at it's narrowest at the back. I'm trying to convince my wife that camping is good, so I had to get the comfiest looking bed haha. I'll probably put it all up and make sure when I've got some free time next to make sure though. I've got to make it more 'glamping' than camping for the sake of keeping the wife happy :p
Good on you for doing so! Anything outdoors is good in my book and the better the night's sleep, the better.

If you're able to, I'd really suggest giving it a trial set-up even in a park if you don't have space in your garden/home (but I seem to recall you had a huge property in NZ!) - it's the worst when your gear touches the inner and outer of the tent, as moisture from the exterior then comes in to your area, and that may then put your wife off future trips. That being said, your airbed is so hefty that you could probably be in a shallow river and not know!

Bought another chair (Quickie Argon 2 Ti) to pair with my mountain bike tyres & Freewheel attachment, for dog walks and taking the kids out on their scooters/bikes.
Also bought a set of Max-Grepp push-rims (ergonomic shape + rubber guard) to make life easier in the coming winter. They were a straightforward swap with the Spinergy push-rims and should help prevent rain & muck ending up all over my arms/sides of my clothes.
The design also means I can just push the wheels with the ball of my hands, rather than a full grip with thumbs.

Also allowed the monsters to dress up my Spinergy wheels with some spoke covers (about £9 from Amazon, cut to fit the 24" wheels with a pair of kitchen scissors).

My autistic son loves rainbows and has been bullied in the past for it, so this is a way to show my support, when I take him into school.

My new Carbon Black chair has been recalled due to a fault with the chassis cracking (something to do with the carbon fibre mould) - not ideal on a £7k+ bit of kit, but aftersales support has been excellent and the replacement has been put to the front of the usual 8-10 week queue.

It's an incredible chair - the complete lack of weight + zero flex from chassis & axle makes using it effortless. I don't recommend it with off-road wheels + Freewheel attachment though; the centre of gravity shifts too far up and forward, messing up the balance and putting too much weight on the front wheel - makes going over rough ground a lot harder.

5800X was a cheeky Warehouse bargain (£210 after a 20% discount) that allows me to donate my 3700X to my son's rig (currently running a 2600X), so should be a decent speed uplift for the pair of us.

**** those people. I like your wheels.
It's been the same four boys since reception - my son's Autism means he doesn't always realise when he's being made fun of or ostracized, particularly because his favourite colour is pink and I've always let him wear his favourite pink hoodie on non-uniform days (I refuse to think he should hide who he is).

I've known the headmaster for over 20 years through the Portsmouth LGBT community (and actually introduced him to his husband), through my AIDS/Hep-C campaigning, so the school is very firmly committed to equality & inclusion and bullying/harassment of neurodiversity/identity is dealt with severely...

...but I do have to hand it to the creative ability of those Year 6 students, to name my new chair "QUEELS"

Pink is a great colour. I guess kids will be kids.

That is a good name I'm afraid. Vote namechange?

Im curious @RedMogg , is that Porche yours?...How many utterly disgusted faces do you get for parking in a disabled space before they realise?

YOU'RE A PHONY!
People do give me the Look when I park up, open my door, walk to the boot, at which point I usually see their window sliding down, with the words "Oi, it's a DISAB-", then swallow the rest as the boot reveals the following:

On a rare instance I've not needed my chair (usually because I'm going to use the mobility scooter type trolley), Oldiewonks will feel the need to loudly exclaim "You need to be disabled to park there!" and I confess on one occasion I've shouted "Oops, I forgot!", dropped to the floor and dragged myself army-crawl-style to the driver's seat.

It still boggles my mind (as per the specific thread about Blue Badges) how ignorant people still are about "disability".
