Images of items I have purchased (except trainers [no feet pics])

Bought 8 fence panels. Thank god I measured wrong and only needed 7 as I was dead by the "almost end" (1 panel to go!)

Also bought this as I have either
a) snapped my wrist
b) got carpel tunnel
c) am a fragile *********

I didn't buy it, my wife did for my birthday. Not bad so far, and a definite upgrade from the Fossil Gen 5 I had previously. The setup was not as seamless as Google would prefer, but all in all would recommend the Pixel Watch if you're in the market.

Yes I know, not many steps and such

What do you mean by not as seamless?

I am going to guess because even though Google bought Fitbit, to get all the things to talk to each other, you still need to sign up to all the accounts till and still feels like a lot of 3rd party apps working together and not 1 google account and done…

My workplace not long ago blocked the ability to use bluetooth keyboards on our work laptops, security due to the nature of our business rather than IT being difficult. USB keyboards however are fine, which means Logitech Unifying is fine. I WFH most days so use my MX Keys and MX Master 3. The mouse works via bluetooth just fine of course, but the keyboard needs the Unifying receiver plugged into the laptop.

I found out that you can pair multiple Unifying receivers on Logitech devices that have multiple device profile buttons, so you can pair each profile onboard via either Unifying, or Bluetooth.

Wish I never threw away old Unifying receivers now as this new one cost a tenner lol. Same firmware as the one that came with the KB/mouse, but it's just a lot lower profile which is kinda neat.

No more dongle swapping now

Are you a USB dongle or are you just happy to see me? :D

Weird, I did look up the pairing process for the pixel watch, surprised it's not as seamless as the Apple Watch, having to type in codes displayed on the watch screen etc, on the Apple Watch you literally just scan the screen with the camera and it's all pretty much automatic from then on, all accounts get logged in automatically, WiFi and bluetooth set up and settings and apps transferred without you having to do anything.

Tbh, I thought the Pixel watch setup was pretty seemless, not even scanning screens or anything, it recognised it was there and off it went. Even the eSim, much simpler than I thought it might be... (I didn't bother with FitBit though)

Some Loake boots from a real shop ! Largely off recommendations in a old thread here. About 3 times what I normally pay, but time I bought quality instead of cheap.

Apologies for lack of the GD approved Hovis, I hope Warburtons will suffice.
Bought some from loake recetly, although a slightly different model I think. Took a while to wear in but now very comfortable indeed. They have had to go back to get repaired for a stitching issue on the elastic but otherwise they’ve been great.
