Images of items I have purchased (except trainers [no feet pics])

Purchased a sensible family estate this week.

I picked up a couple of winders that were on offer for £20 each!
Working well so far, not too noisy to be annoying at night.

Now damage your entire personality and home life by trying to get those two bad boys to stay symmetrical.

Are these any good? I could do with some…
Works well in my experience. Unlike a lot of the "fast action" versions from DIY sheds that work within a day or two (but ultimately need multiple applications to finish the job) this initially appears to do nothing.
Come out in a week's time however and everything will be brown and very much dead, including more stubborn weeds like mares tail.

Despite being strong already, I normally use it at double the recommended strength for good measure

Gorden Bennet - That stuff has gone up in price - Glad i still have 2.5ltrs left. - Should see me out.
It was banned in the EU from the end of last year but we’re allowed it in the UK until the end of 2025. I think a lot of companies that sold it per-mixed have just stopped using it because they sell their range in Europe and the UK so it’s easier for them to just have a single range.

Assuming this works as well as I hope, I’ll stock up.

WHy was this stuff banned?....Old ROundup used to work a treat but nothing " off the shelf" i bought over the last couple of years has done much if anythiing to keep weeds at bay.

Because it 'can cause serious eye damage and is toxic to aquatic life'.

Looks like the original claims that it's carcinogenic are being questioned.
