New Joseph Joseph drainer which I ordered from Amazon's dark web equivalent. It arrived like 5 weeks later from UPS. Ended up costing about £20 less than UK RRP.

Window man came today and managed to quote up for 5 windows without a single tape measure. Is this normal?

Same thing happened for us recently, they quoted purely off the back of photos and counting bricks. When we placed the order they came and did a survey where they measured up and then ordered the windows.

Most windows are standard size, they are made to fit bricks. Unless you have aluminum or metal frames windows which are made to fit, they can pretty much tell what your window size are at a glance.

Yup same experience, knives are cheap and blades chip, soap dispenser rusted immediately, washing up bowl can't hold water, chopping board holder made of cheapest plastic I've ever felt.

Yeah totally agree. I religiously avoid them but this was the only drainer that fitted the bill, for cheaper than the other china tat.

I like the chrome 2 tier ones, however they always rust quite quickly, even the cheap ones aint cheap.
