Images of items I have purchased (except trainers [no feet pics])

Display looks good. Cable management is unnecessary.

Does anyone actually use software in full screen mode iike that? I can imagine if you open something with text that you'd get neck ache as you move your head from side to side as you read it
Fullscreen was for demonstration purposes only.

FancyZones powertoy installed and custom snap layouts are a go!

Some more Team Yellow for you @dlockers

Battery not part of the purchase, but was using it for testing. Feel a little bad on this one. Had ordered one on Ebay before realising it didn't come with the laminate router attachment (attachment in the middle of the box) and cancelled it. Then couldn't re-order the correct version as the 15% promo had expired and i was waiting for the next one.

Then checked Facebook and found someone selling this kit for £200. Seemed a reasonable price but was waiting till i was over his way. It wasn't far but i've been hectic at work. Then yesterday around 5pm he messaged asking if i could come straight away and he'd take £100. So jumped in the van and went to get it. He seemed like a decent enough guy and i felt a bit bad to take advantage. Half debated offering to meet in the middle at £150 but moved on from that fairly quickly!

Could be stolen for all i know, but he seemed genuine enough, answered the door in Dewalt work pants, and was chatting about the tool, letting me test with my battery etc and it seems barely used. Either way, i've got a bargain :D

@Martynt74 what is it? I'm also team yellow!

18v cordless router. Probably would've helped to state that!

I cut through the power cord of my main router years ago and held it together with electrical tape (safety first), then sold it ahead of the big move with the intention to re-buy something there. Only to realise how freaking expensive stuff is in Spain so been trying to pick stuff up before we go.

I had the Ryobi version years ago, but it was a fixed base, whereas this comes with attachments for either fixed base or to turn it into a plunge router too.

Bought a little mini PC for the radio shack.

I know little about modern CPUs but it has an Intel i7-13700T CPU which I think is quite reasonable? It doesn't need any fancy graphics card, it's going to be used headless.

I've got a similar Dell Wyse very low power machine like this and it's great. Totally silent too.

My NAD's gone faulty :(

So using the chance to try out something different, Topping MX3s. £219 vs the NAD's current RRP of £699, yet I scratch my head wondering wtf because this little Topping sounds just as good as the NAD, I haven't even tweaked the tone controls yet.

Look at the size difference

The really cool part is the remote can control whatever media is playing on the PC.

What a brilliant little thing.

MX3? What’s the difference to the Pro Plus? (Which has been in my basket for a month)

This is the MX3s, not the MX3. They have the DX range with pro etc, they are more DAC geared whereas the MX is an all round integrated amp for all sorts of use. I would have gone MX5 but it has mixed reviews, whilst the MX3s reviews universally well so figured give it a shot with Amazon and if it's naff, return.

Govee LED light strip. Unfortunately it only seems able to produce obnoxious light rather than nice warm light. It also hits the wall at just the right angle to show every imperfection on the wall, lol.

I got some Govee led strips for my cabin, the choice of colours is absolute crap. Proper disappointed.. will replace with Hue I think.. oh and there's a big delay with home assistant control. Rubbish

Yeah I offered my wife 1 of the possible 25 million colours and genuinely so far none work . Some even look like those UV lights they have in dodgy supermarket toilets to hide the veins lol. Not a priority problem as the Hue ceiling light is on sensor and both temp+brightness aware, so these aren't really required.

I was trying to work out why you'd want to hide the veins on your member in supermarket toilets
