Images of items I have purchased (except trainers [no feet pics])

My wife just got me the best birthday gift she's ever got me. I've wanted this book for over a decade, ever since I read the Supersonic Speed Check story.

We have a joint bank account so she's been squirreling money away for over a year to be able to sneakily buy it without me knowing, what a champ

First edition with loads of little clippings and other goodies in amongst the pages, can't wait for a nice Sunday afternoon to have a read.

Just looked up how much a copy goes for these days! That's a great gift :-)

A Greenworks 40V battery powered lawnmower. I already had 2 x OEM batteries and a charger from when I owned their (very good) GDC40 battery powered pressure washer.

I will probably pick up some of their other battery powered gardening equipment if this works well.

Keep us updated, my corded one died the last decent day I had to use it!

As I use my sage smoothie maker so much I thought I'd replace my air fryer with a sage equivalent

OK, I never use my sage smoothie/juicer thing, but I do air fry far too often and thought I'd upgrade.
At that size.. Isn't it pretty much an oven?
I thought the main gain of a airfryer was a tiny amount of airspace to heat?

They even make one that is microwave, airfryer and oven all in one.

If I were to replace mine, it would be the one I get.

Yeah I already have a sage microwave so this was to replace the fugly air frier that ruined my sage sponsorship deal on the other side of the kitchen :p (if you look carefully on the left is the juicer, poor thing is knackered due to over-use :D )

I know I can't stop buying things! I gave up drinking, gambling and smoking so I needed another addiction, online shopping became my new vice!

My latest purchase is a second dishwasher. I've convinced myself two dishwashers will mean I don't need shelves for plates etc.. I can just alternate between endlessly clean crockery

Where's your Sage breadbin?

As for two dishwashers, I thought I was the only one! When we have guests over, it's brilliant. Mains & pots / pans go in one, then the other one holds dessert / mugs / glasses etc.

Chris Evans always used to bang ou about this. Take out of the clean one, use it, straight into the dirty one, then reverse. Tried to convince the Mrs when we renovated but she was having none of it!

Had the same apple watch series 4 and soundpeats ear buds since 2018 / 2020 respectively, so decided to upgrade.

My Mrs was a sceptic, now she's lived with it for a while, she's 100% on board.
