Images of items I have purchased (except trainers [no feet pics])

Been waiting for this since it was announced, perfect and best of both worlds. Was going to get the Asus originally but LG made me an offer I couldn't refuse. Got lucky as it must have been one of the last, out of stock everywhere. Wooop!

Got this through The Insiders. It's... OK but feels a bit cheap - I was expecting it to have a bit of heft to it (and look a little more metallic) but it's very lightweight and obviously plastic. I'd be gutted if I'd paid £400 for it though.

Edit: it says it's titanium on the website! I have a watch with a titanium strap and it feels nothing like this.

Does anyone ever pay full price for samsung smart tech? Thought it was all to give the illusion of being premium to compete with Apple but they give you big discounts and freebies as well.

what...does it do?

Health monitoring mostly - heart rate, step / activity counter, temperature, sleep monitoring, that sort of thing. Apparently it also allows you to do things on your phone with finger gestures (lol) but I haven't tried that yet.

Some new cycling shoes (Van Rysel) and an AliExpress 3d printed seat...

First proper ride today, both seemed okay. Still not sure my £10 DHB shoes aren't more comfortable, but they have laces, which are just annoying. I guess these VR will wear and become a little softer and more comfortable with use.
Is the seat comfortable?

Does that go round your wrist or you finger or another part.. it looks like a smart ring unless you zoomed into the picture a lot

I've only had the Oura ring for about a week and I'm finding it's a health tracker rather than a fitness tracker. I've worn it cycling and when my heart rate goes up over 120 or so, it really doesn't do well at tracking and will be way off. I'll be interested to hear if Samsung does better, or just that rings aren't good for high intensity activity.

Probably Titanium plated. My car gear knob is billet steel with Titanium plating, certainly looks the part but doesn't feel like actual Titanium which is very distinct!

I got a new amp today for the headphones, only £87 but from a high end UK company (Onix) - The internals are a collaboration with Shanling, well known for quality DACs and stuff.

A different flavour for when the mood calls for it.
