Images of items I have purchased (except trainers [no feet pics])

TBH my entire goal with Home Assistant is to be internet free, so that's an option too. Just use ZigBee instead of the controllers.
It's silly but I like the Hue Hub/app because you can do like fireplace/candle effects lol. Useful for porch lights over holidays Halloween etc.

It also integrated with HA so yes it's another box but it's easy to forgot about / allows your wife to use the lights even if you're maintaing or playing with HA.

That was the one thing that put us off and not sure about now, but they were set up better using one of those apple things

OH's sister has the whole house set up and they do sound really good.

3 double wardrobes, 1 50cm to sit between, 1 mirror door for the 50cm, 7 & 5 shelfs, 2 draw units that'll sit in the bay window @ 1.6m and all the hangers, draws and stuff to fill these up.
Finished in a slightly dark grey.

Their app update last year has gone so bad it broke loads of Sonos and the CEO had to resign!

And this isn't their first time doing *****y things. A few years ago now they upgraded their ecosystem and made all existing products incompatible. Literally said nothing new will work with the existing range. They offered discounts for people to destroy perfectly functional hardware and upgrade.

Terrible for the environment and the consumer who's invested. I'd never touch Sonos products regardless of how they sound.

Not to dampen your fun @{SAS}TB, I hope they sound great and give you years of pain free enjoyment :D

I think TBF they are a premium product for actual listening and home integration. Just got a bee in my bonnet about sustainability as I volunteer with Right To Repair movement. I see things at the end of their lifespan more than the beginning!
