Most def in the 3rd bedroom (box room) or man cave. I'm not allowed anything in any other part of the house!

Wow sounds like a lot of graft! Ideally I'd want a man in to do mine when I do it, as I have only 1 bathroom in the house (and they could hopefully do it quicker and better than me!) . From what I've heard it's around £5k ballpark figures, thus ill need to save a couple of years..

New Laptop. Decided to pull the trigger as they seem to be going up in price following Brexit.
First impressions are it is a lovely, premium feeling bit of kit. The 4k screen is bright and crystal clear. Quite weighty, but easy to use.

Happens on the 23rd of Feb I believe so these were at the lower prices. Stocks seem to be running out in lots of places so I thought I'd snap them up as the new prices are crazy(er)

I agree that's what a couple would prefer. This one is designed to be let as a "sharer" flat. Two professionals on decent pay wanting the dream city life.
