Went to the local farm shop to see their big outdoor harvest moon/autumn harvest/Halloween display.

Bought a large-ish pumpkin for several times the supermarket price and a few kilograms of different winter squashes. The squashes will get roasted with garlic and herbs while the pumpkin will be made into pumpkin pie and risotto. Also brought home some tiny fist size pumpkins to decorate the windowsills later in the month. I will grab a carving pumpkin from Tesco for Halloween last minute

My old workhouse Creative SB Fatal1ty XtreamGamer died on me few months ago, I think I fried the ports (static) when I reconnected the cables while the PC was running.

Plugged in an Asus Xonar DX thing, but Windows did a update one day that broke the control panel and finally a other update killed the card, PC won't detect it.

So! Got this today, fits my requirements since it matches my Creative 7.1 speakers.

I have a 65EF950, was tempted by the B6 / B7 but apparently the 2018 models are meant to be a big step up.

We shall see. Regardless all the LG OLEDs are gorgeous but sadly plagued by ABL issues.
