Both are completely nessecery for the average civilian so if one isn' the other shouldn't be.
Nice, got my FAC through a while back. Got myself an FAC semi-auto shotgun (10 + 1) as well as a Savage Arms Model 16 in .223 16" with Wildcat Evolution moderator. Although mine is for vermin control rather than target.Yep, 20 Inch Ctr.
