The guy I bought them from said they were left over from tests carried out on bullet proof glass. Beyond that, I'm not sure.
As the bullets are in the glass, I'd say that the test failed and indeed the glass is not bullet proof.
@Clov!s I like the idea of these so I could use my phone as a satnav when needed, but worry someone could have my phone away when sat in traffic or at lights in town etc. etc.Quadlock for my motorbike.
