Oh, it's one of those obnoxious radios that tradesmen also put on full volume and sing along to...
Mines on a carabiner on my car/work keys most of the time lol.
I keep meaning to buy one of those Qalo silicone rings so I can keep it on 24/7, don’t suppose anyone in here has one do they?
Do you play online at all? They are ace the Switch, love mine.
I assume it's a combination ofI just don't understand why tradespeople use site radios when you can use your phone speakrer to play music these days.
I assume it's a combination of
- Battery / longevity
- Robustness / not wanting to damage phone on site
- Volume requirements
Being able to have multiple people listen to it, being water resistant, and the reasons mentioned here.
I made my own site radio when I was an apprentice. It was basically an entire car audio system in a wooden box, complete with ASBO amps and woofers, it was the most ridiculous thing I've ever made and it was awesome.

I tend not to play online, I am useless as I get older at online games. I have BF1 and BFV and it's a die fest. Load, run, bang, die, repeat.Do you play online at all?
I challenge you to fisticuffs on Smash Bros!
I fear after my consumption level this Christmas, which stops today, none of my suits will buttonAn occasional, but unwelcome, necessity![]()
