Better noise reduction
Better healing brush
The brush tool has more features

Plus other bits.

The biggest problem with LR4 is that it is much more resource intensive, it brought my old iMac to a crawl which was fine on LR3.

mrk, did you have to do anything for it to import existing catalogue from LR4 across?

I am in the middle of 2 jobs in LR4 and would be a disaster if I had to begin again!
