Hmm problem with Sous Vide steak is that it just turns it grey! Gimme grilled streak with a bit of texture!

3/4" to 1" thick Steak & Griddle Pan: 4-5 minutes Full Heat on one side, Turn the heat off, Flip the Steak over for a further 4-5 minutes!!
