I recommend trump international hotel in Chicago.

Apparently if you shake the tag it makes your phone ring.

/edit - I appreciate that this doesn't solve the issue if it is attached to your phone, but it makes the idea moot

non taken at all. to answer your question, not sure on the rules but the cars have to be under a certain weight and engine size (660cc). Some of the newer kei (class name) cars are quite roomy ( honda N box).
