Eneloop 1900mAh is what I have, the higher mAh ones have a lower charge cycle count before showing signs of ageing cells, the upshot being you get more capacity for a shorter lifespan - Because of this I opted for the 1900s. All Eneloops retain 75% of a full charge after 3 years of sitting in a speedlite unused. I don't use flash often but when I do it could be months down the line so it's nice to know the charge will still be full then.

As for charger, anything decent. I use the same charger I use for my torch 18650 batteries, a Nitecore i4 v2.

JXD S7800B - I've fallen in love with this device.

It's essentially a quad core Android tablet running Jelly Bean with two analogue thumb sticks and game buttons. Most emulators work straight out of the box with the controls. It will happily run Mame, SNES, Megadrive, PS, N64, Dreamcast roms.

Surprisingly decent build quality for a Chinese tablet, all for £80!

£80 - where?

All Im finding is £120-130ish :S

A replacement for this...

...which I've just put in a mac mini. It's an IR sensor cable to replace one I knackered when dismantling the mini. Only place I could find one was eBay. And I don't have an eBay or PayPal account. So I asked in the Apple section if someone could hook me up and KIA came through for me. So props to him otherwise I'd be **** out of luck since I refuse to use eBay or PayPal on principal.

On 'principal'

Without risking on derailing the thread completely, what's so bad about it?

eBay is a **** hole. To be blunt. I stopped using it years ago when they started upping listing fees by nearly 70%. And the fact they have woven PayPal so deeply into it. Which is another den of shysters. I could go on a mad rant but these links should suffice.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Criticism_of_eBay

The final straw for me (and several others) was PayPal freezing our funds during a group buy on another forum many years ago. For no reason. The guy running the group buy then had to pay out of his own pocket for what we wanted, then he had to wait the 21 days PayPal kept the money (while earning interest on it for themselves) before he could get said money and sort his finances out. And it wasn't a small amount either, it was several grand.

When I can buy 99.9% of what I want elsewhere using a real bank, why would I use eBay or PayPal unless I absolutely positively have to (such as this case).

And what difference does it make if you use someone else's accounts...

It means I don't have to make either an eBay account, or a Paypal account after refusing to for so many years (I'm talking nearly ten years), just for one part. Believe me if I could have sourced the part anywhere else for less, I would have.

Lumia 1320, see how I get in I want the screen size as I do more interneting and video than phoning. But I'm not convinced that it's going to be ok in trouser pockets. But we will see.

Nice!, I'm leaning toward the 1520 over the 1320 (I know it's about £130 more) ;)

but 32Gb, 1080p Screen and 20MP Camera are swinging me! :)

I'm liking Windows more over Android... getting bored with my Nexus 4 now! :(

If only there was a foolproof way to access my Google Play Music on Windows Phone 8...

Was interested in that one (assume your talking about MM), but could barely justify a new phone, so an extra £100+ was out of the question. The screen is lovely even on the 1320.
Would like one of the high end Nokia cameras with IS though.

And I like glance screen, didn't have that on old Nokia.
