I've not played it as I've not finished the first. I know there's a plot twist, but I don't know what that twist is. I really need to play the first through, but it feels like such a chore.

I have only played infinite so the "big" twist was lost on me. But there's plenty more story than a throwback to the first games.

A IMEI blocked iPhone with non functional speakers, a cracked back.... to act as a slave for something a little more special :D

Is it just me or are these Nest products just completely pointless gimmicks?

We're having new radiators fitted and I showed the wife the Nest website. Her answer: "I can just walk into the kitchen and adjust the thermostat and we can spend the money saved on booze and holidays"

I agree with her even if the Nest does look geeky and cool.

Kind of a random one today!
After what seems forever of decision making we finally committed today!
Bought this piece of land to build a house on :D
Is just over an acre backing on to the woods in the rear and has views of the lakes and City skyline from the front. House should be built by the end of the year!

Congrats on the plot Clipsey, looks like there are some very nice homes through the trees!

Will you be doing a build thread?

New motor.

I have to say, if I could afford one, it would be high on my list, very nice.

I recognize those as endangered trees!

Really though, good for you, I hope it brings you much pleasure, I can certainly say I am extremely envious right now.

What do you do if you don't mind me asking Clipsey?

That's a lovely plot.
Thanks. I have my own business :)

I certainly will be! Asking all kinds of advice! Those houses on the left are amazing! ($1mil+) Ours will be nothing near that size! Hopefully building will start in June/July. Just finalizing floor plans etc - We're aiming for a walk out ranch style house (so main floor with covered deck, walkout basement, and couple rooms upstairs). 5bdr I believe.

What a great location. You must have a build thread. Will you be taking out many trees?

The picture is a little dated. our lot is mostly cleared as of now (majority of trees remain) and a couple houses are in or going up. Most of our back garden will be the woods (why we picked the area). The area behind us is actually a protected nature reserve, so no one else can build any further which is nice for the future. See deer all the time bouncing around :)

We need new pictures from ground level.

This is an 1845 Pattern British infantry officer's sabre. It has the beautiful 1822 Pattern 'Gothic' hilt (so named due to the supposed similarity between the shape of the bars of the guard and the arches in Gothic architecture). You can just see Queen Victoria's decorative VR in the cartouche.

This particular item is in fantastic condition and you wouldn't think it has probably been around since the Crimean War.

A few more pictures reside in the spoilers tags in which you can see the curve of the blade, the length of the piece, the folding inner guard section and some of the decorative etching. They are only phone shots though, sorry.
