Desk is a GALANT model. 160cm by 80 IIRC.

EDIT: Hold a tower? Should do IMO. It's a solid Office grade desk. 10 year warranty.

Chair is comfier than you think. Cantilever design gives it satisfying flex. Needed a chair without armrests so I could get it under the relatively low desk.

Got the same rubber on my Supercharged Type R, brilliant arn't they!

I've had the fronts done last month, Eagle F1's came off. Haven't had a chance to take it out now the rears have been done but front end definitely improved.

Some seriously joocey outer edge though, very sticky :D

Which desk is that? Looks really nice. Do you think it would be able to hold the tower on it?

My desk is a Galant, it does support a fair bit of weight, and a tower should be fine. With two monitors, whether my eyes deceive, they do dip in middle of the desk, although I am not convinced it is the weight, rather the desk is bowed from the outset.

I have the Morphy Richards Meno which actually boils the water before dispensing the desired amount.

We have one too. I'm not a fan. The water temperature isn't consistent and sometimes as low as 83, which is not the best for decent Coffee. It's not great if you need hot water for cooking either.

The family love it for the perceived convenience, but I prefer a regular kettle.

I can't imagine that plastic chair being very comfortable"! it needs a retro style leather padded section in the centre on seat and back!

Sounds like it might be faulty ? The water comes out of mine boiling hot you can hear it boil it before it spits it out...

^It's definitely sounding faulty. Before mine died the water was boiling inside the tank whereas it should be boiling inside the dispenser tank - This meant the water coming out was not the instantly boiled water it once was. For the kind of use I give it I think 3 years of life has been rather good though especially given the price. It does appear the new model has some design changes inside and out so let's see if the same happens to this in some years.

That is one very good looking car

Do you realise how ridiculous you sound. The amount of tea I have a day would mean I'd spend more time filling a normal kettle up with just enough water for 1 mug than anything else. Much more convenient to just fill up the tank and brew just a mug each time.

Your original point was about to cost to run, not convenience .
