The build quality (especially for the price) is very good - I was pleasantly surprised. I would quite happily pay 1/2 the price for the strap alone !

How could you read through that drivel and not instantly write it off as internet fantasist guff? :p
Because it's not? I went to Bisley in 1985 (only 4 of us went to represent South Yorkshire using the L81A2 target rifle. I've been at Strensall ranges (for the SAAM, Commonwealth and many other shoots) more times than I can remember, because of the proximity to Totley (Sheffield) we used to go there whenever weather permitted, they had a smaller range (25/50 yrd) where we would shoot pistols and SMG but we were only rarely permitted to use them on auto (when the range warden wasn't in) because he hated the richochet risk, we also shot GPMG on this range from 1000 yrd point which was a blast but didnt do it often because the cost of ammo was too expensive.
Why would I make this up? Someone would know I was telling a porky if they knew much about firearms.

Not very interesting, but required for my homelab project. I tried to buy a bunch of these at the weekend and have since discovered that M5 cage nuts are pretty much impossible to buy from a shop, M6 are not a problem, but M5!

They are awful and can be lethal, I remember when I first started out in IT. I came close many times to having a flat head screw driver straight through the hand. :|

A screwdriver in your finger is a rite of passage when racking stuff.

I got offered some plastic Rackstuds the other day which are meant to be much better. Shame they are £30 to £40 a pack!
