Cool I had a 17-40L for a while and was really impressed by it. I sold it on though as I found myself barely ever using it. 24 is enough on a full frame camera most of the time. Is there anything in particular you find yourself needing such a wide angle for?
It's a water boiler, and popular for home brew.

There have been instances during architecture shots, notable indoor shots. But mostly I'd like to explore the ultrawide end for landscape shots. I really like the depth that a ultrawide shot can capture, unique. I often find myself at the 24mm end of my 24-105L and this 16-35L is a lot sharper in comparison.
Oh no.. Mum jokes!
Anything landscape wise or indoors/architecture etc tends to benefit from "the wider the better". I find the 17-40mm not wide enough, for example! 14mm prime is what I need, are you listening Sigma!

make a thread ive only made from the cans in the big buckets would love to see how to do a scratch one.
Indeed.
It's roughly 3.5 times more powerful than my last one and its an interim torch until my 'proper' one arrives which will be 2.5 times more powerful again!
Are you following a guide online to go from parts to brew? If not, I'd be very interested in a project log.

Exhaust Fan needed replacing so got this :
Upgrade my MSI R9 270 to a Sapphire R9 290 Tri-X:
