Crikey, what do you use that for? £80 is a lot to spend on a pen drive for me
erm, £90 was what is cost for the first 64mb USB stick. IIRC as I purchased one.

Nice, how long is the leasehold for? Also can you change any of the walls? You could make the layout 10x better by moving one or two walls and re-routing some plumbing.
