You still waiting on your plate being changed over? I'm sure I remember you having a private number?

Aye, I made a fatal error by forgetting to include the V5c of the old car when sending the forms off to DVLA so they sent it back with a big fact "rejected" letter, sent it off again correctly this time :o

Sound bars are for poor people that can't afford a proper sound system ;)

TVs these days have gotten so thin that it makes it physically impossible to fit in a set of decent speakers. So they have to put it externally, call it a sound bar, sell it separately and charge you more for it. The technology for sound, as in the way it is projected through cones that moves air driven by electrical currents by magnets hasn't changed for decades. Proper speakers are still the best, sound bars still are too small and wrong position to give the best audio performance.

However, for people who don't have the space for full 5.1, but want better sound. They are ideal :)

Cheers! Lots of little gadgets to play with :D

That seems like a really good price for that machine! As you can tell from my photo...I'm kinda running out of counterspace though. Pretty sure I've got no where to put something that big :(

Might have have to give it another year before I consider going full barrista :p

Exactly! I'm still trying to justify ordering a Sonos Playbar for my tiny living room, it's more than half the cost of what I spent on my TV again

I'm waiting to see if the rumoured hardware refresh due out in the next few months is true or not though before dropping that much.

£8 in Amazon sale.

Someone has gotten this to me 16 hours after I've ordered it, as part of my Prime trial. £8 is amazing when you think of all the steps this thing has gone through.

Great fun to build with your kids, dads, and a good test of your engineering skills (mine are sorely lacking!).

had one of those as a kid a good 20 years ago, they didn't do the curved swerve sections back then though or that propeller thingy.

Well if you got it then surely you could bin off a couple of gadgets? It sort of replaces them :p

Or for people who have wives .

Simple answer to that my friend... ;)

That almost looks like it could be fun to play with your mates after a few drinks at someones house.

Yes, I like to throw real crazy parties. Maybe the toy above and a bit of Jenga anyone? BYOB :D

Loved my original AE headphones from Bose and been searching for a replacement I can use at the gym and work, these are brilliant. Love them already. Bargain at the moment too

Bought the Armani, the rest were part of a Christmas gift

Just had some of the wireless Philips Hue lights delivered. Lightning deal a couple of day ago. You can only control them from a smartphone or tablet, so no remote or buttons on the lights themselves. So far working pretty well! :D
