Is vinyl worth money now then? got loads in the attic because I couldn't be bothered to take them to the tip lol. I guess if they are collector items now it depends what you got as I assume people aren't sad enough to be playing them?

There are lots of people who play them :P

Condition is the main key. I have just sold my entire record collection of LP's and 12 inch singles.

Some were worth 20p and others up to £50 like some of the rarer led zeppelin ones I had.

how theyre stored is another consideration. if theyve been in the loft in the recent warm weather and not stacked flat, chances are they're warped to hell.

I didn't know people still used them, guess it's like the same appeal as playing retro consoles or something. I have a bunch of rare-ish stuff like early Maiden LP's with fold out covers, the original GnR Appetite release with the banned artwork, load of Beatles stuff, etc.

Haven't really used any of em since the 90's when Maiden remastered everything onto CD and I got all them (Ironically Maiden have just remastered their catalogue onto 24bit Flac so I'll be selling my CD's too lol).

When I flew back from Japan with BA their staff spent a lot of time circling random things on everyone's boarding passes at the gate. It seemed completely pointless and delayed everyone getting on the plane.

I got a 3in1 OTG adapter for my phone, mainly for SD and MicroSD cards but handy to have the USB port for sticks too if I don't have the normal USB OTG to hand.

The good:
- It works and is decent quality! For £2.79 I wasn't expecting much.

The bad:
- Only one card or stick can be used at a time, plug 2 things in and it shuts down. Ah well.

You're saying someone is 'sad' cos they play vinyl???

Who circled it all?

I don't recall anyone ever drew on a boarding pass...unless that's a Virgin Atlantic thing.

They draw on mine every time i fly. The blue pen is the lady on the bag drop telling me what gates i have to go to at what time, and the red pen was the super happy TSA agent.

Nice, bet that cost a few quid :p

Nah i'd never pay outright for Upper. I get a lot of miles so used some of those :)

What's the law on owning samurai swords? You don't need a license or anything?

I think any curved ones over 50cm are banned.

Is that an SA80 magazine on the shelf? Top right?

Yep I am buying some AK and glock mags next :D

It's illegal to buy or sell curved samurai swords unless they are traditionally made.

as he only spent £12 i doubt it's legal

Nope my sword perfectly legal.

I also have third party liability insurance for shooting sports history re-enactment ect and have a defence to the 2006 violent crimes reduction act so I can own replica imitation firearms.

But the guns in pictures are exempt to the VCRA as they realistic imitation firearms before 1870.

Dashcam delivered and installed... well hidden from the driver's point of view & good quality video too... not all that imposing from the outside either :)

Don't buy microsd all that often, always impressed by the volume of storage on such a tiny thing... and this isn't even the largest storage you can buy :D
