On the shower wall, is there just grout between the bottom tile and the bath or is there a silicone layer also?

Electric heater as the flat is electric only.

That hose is for the douche spray. Missus insisted!

Yes there is silicone around the bath.

All told it came to £4k, with the lion's share being spent on labour. I was happy to pay it as my builder's fit and finish is just excellent.

It's a P-Bath. I had to bodge the doors a bit as they weren't made for an enclosure. My old bathroom had it so I wanted to keep the feature.

Cheers, the floor is a chore to keep clean as it's shiny, but it does have a wow factor to it.

Small wall and ash wood effect floor tiles from Topps Tiles.

600x300mm Wall tiles from Tile Depot.

All Tiles totted £600.
