Finale fires off it's load in 8 seconds... most expensive firework I bought... but so epic it was hard to say no:

Little warmup:

Decent sized rockets:

This looks good :)

50mm mortars:

Bought this on a whim from the local supermarket for the equivalent of a tenner... doesn't look like I made a mistake:

This one looks pretty awesome too, not the best video - but gives you a good idea:

I missed bonfire night in the UK this year, so I think I'm more than making up for it at NYE... good chance it will be the biggest display in this town lol

I've no issue with fireworks but my sisters' dog hates them like crazy.

Around bonfire night this year we must have had fireworks going on over the course of a week before and after it, rather than anywhere near bonfire night :(

I want to live next door to crinkleshoes

I used to buy rnli signal rockets. No sparkles just whoosh and badoooooom. Car alarms going off windows shaking. Stopped selling them now

Just bought a Surface Pro from the MM. In the brief time I have used it, it seems really, really good. Surprisingly it boots faster than my desktop (RIVE, 4930K, 16GB RAM, and 2x hyperx savage in RAID 0)

Not a bad haul from the nike shop not going to moan at 3 pairs of trainers for less than the price of one pair of them.

Crinkle, how'd the fireworks go? And if you say with a bang i'm hunting you down...

A few hundred there i am sure.

Horses for courses but i've always thought small fireworks like that at home is akin to burning money. Cheaper to take a trip to London and watch a bigger, longer, better choreographed and more impressive one.
