Out of interest, where did you order your Mi band? The popular auction site? What's the battery life like on it? What happens if the band disconnects from the phone, does it send the data it missed when it reconnects?

Hi, only had it a couple of days so battery life TBD. However, reviews state 30+ days readily achievable.

Ordered from a small Chinese company offering bargains but likely a competitor so cant name them.

Yeah if you turn off Bluetooth it simply syncs next time is connected, no loss of data or capture.

£50 from Sainsbury's. Pros: it's lush. Cons: could do with a timer, and the connection plug is for some retarded reason on the top of the sheet as opposed to the side. In this weather they are amazing. Have been leaving mine on it's lowest setting all night so even if you wake up in the middle of the night you're still nice and snug :D

Battery life is super. Mine was charged 16 days ago and still has 41% remaining.

Ordered direct from a huge Chinese company.

It is about £1.70 for replacements bands. The middle pops out.

That bracelet looks cool... Yeah heated blankets are epic but will be losing mine soon I usually stick it on max for 20mins before I get into bed but with 13.5tog it stays warm

Neither. HotUKDeals has a post for it.

With the tweaked software you can change the LED colour and intensity of vibrations for each notification.

So if I want band to flash blue and buzz for longer when it is a Skype notification I can.

Or Green and short for a text you can.

LEDs on the band are RGB so you can configure any colour you like.

Yeah, it's somewhere in-between a chutney and a meat spread/pate.

Ordered a Mi band from china for about £12 delivered. Arrived after ~10 days. Works perfectly so far, tracking sleep, activity, silent alarms and waterproof. Discovered it will also unlock my Z3, total bonus.

I have a Sony smart band which seems almost the same as this, Like a direct copy!

The think I don't like about it is that it doesn't display the time, its like having a watch that isn't a watch.

So am now waiting for the ZTE Grand Band which is the same thing but with the time, its simple designed like the Smart Band and Mi Band, is a clone of the Nike Fuel Band.
