Unfortunately it is out of my hands, something to do with Brexit and courier changes, our logistics and IT are working on it, but its not a five minute job unfortunately.

Thanks for replying. Brexit shouldn't have any affect on commerce with the Crown Depedencies; we're not part of the EU. But I can see how IT might have 'adjusted' the system with too wide a brush. Either way, I guess I'm not getting a GPU from OcUK any time soon

As they explained over and over again (and Gibbo did not long ago as well) - their system isn't designed that way and it can't be done for the time being. They're working on a different system that possibly will allow more things like that to be done but time will tell. For the time being, it would seem, there's nothing they can do more than they're doing now. I am sure they went through many options and tried to figure out a good way but it is what it is.

I have another idea which is technically much easier and would be effective, I might post it privately in CS section so its not public.

This is not 100% but I think our order downloader has caught now, everybody who ordered a card has got one, except five people who ordered Zotac 3060Ti, which I shall change to another card like MSI Ventus.

Those who order 6800 MBA, looks like your safe, Sapphire sold around 45 units and Powercolor around 30 units. What remains will now not be offered again on those as we will simply over sell and they will now be put aside for systems use as the SI department never got any 6800 MBA to use. Good work on those who bagged one!
