Having my usual brain fart about clocks going back.

BBC website says lights out at 9:30, but that's only when I click the button for "adjust to my local time" anyone know if that's taking into account the hour change?

Indeed. Surely this is the most logical way of dealing with the food issue?
Though, I think when teams go out to India, they want to sample the authentic Indian cuisine and end up eating from some very dodgy places. Lost of visiting sports people get Delhi Belly.

Oh and the local water is also usually a little dodgy, though drinking bottled water should sort this out.
