given that renewal date is approaching and premium prices increase, is it legitimate to take an auto-renewal and cancel that within cooling off period, becuase you 'happened' to find another, that gives a bit more time.
But - they are normally reasonable, they want the business, so just have to engage the right person on the phone with a sob story ime ... eg. having problems with your IT system.
