I'm really liking this.

I've uninstalled it now, but basically it's the screen where it shows you the map and the objectives as you join the server. It says "Map loaded" at the top right and then I can see people are joining or leaving the server and I can hear gunfire, however that screen wont go and I can't use any buttons. In the console there is loads of red text relating to lighting problems or textures or something. The only way to get out of the game is by typing "exit" in console and I can only talk to the others by using the "say" command.

I had this problem, I seemed to sort it by removing the half life 2 preload in my games list and only having the base sdk installed in my tools menu.

how do you use cell commands?



This will be good in anotehr few releases, to many bugs at mo to be truly good but they will get there

overall i think this is an amazing mod. Very fun to play. However there are still the bugs. Mainly being the music sticking one and the server dropping / server freezing one.

I guess you gotta remember it's beta, and releasing it like this allows 'em to sort the bugs out quicker.

Nah that's not a bug you can turn the music off in game in the options.

I've had a grenade bug quite often, when you go to throw it gets stuck and you can't switch weapons and pretty much have to respawn to fix it.

Im having button overload.. havnt had that for a while.. got not enough keys near wasd.. especially if i plug my mic in and go push to talk..

Been playing this for about an hour solid, after tweaking my card and settings Im really starting to enjoy it, fps is 40 - 60 shot reg isn't great but that will come....!

I've dropped my settings down to medium and turned HDR off, I now get a stable 30+ FPS in most maps.

I do like the game due to the "tactical" nature of it and that fact that rambo's get slaughtered. It's nice to have to think about a game and perhaps apply some realism to it than just go out all guns blazing.

I'm getting quite impatient with some of the bugs though and the poor performance, I'm looking forward to the next patch.

I dont know exactly how to read the map, objectives thing.. but the game is amazing! I dont know how you people are having running issues.. mine is fantastic.. although only 1280x1024
