10x500 is not impossible but still, i wouldnt imagine it can be done at anythign much under 1.5V :S. But we can all hope.
Just taken a look on XS, the E0 chip looks very good. Handles 4ghz at 1.232v orthos stable.
Thats a lot better than C0 e8400s.

What kind of voltage will you need for that? Id imagine at least 1.5v, can 45nm handle that in the long term?
