Not an easy one to answer. Depends on your experience tuning, current ram and cooling. The 13900k has good headroom and a better mem controller so with enough experience, you can get more out of it. But if you're talking stock vs stock, that's a tough sell.

There will be very unique use cases where the extra cache on RPL makes a difference but that's about it.

Mortar will run it at spec. You don't need windows 11 but 12/13 gen with e-cores run best on windows 11. Performance wise it looks to be 14% faster averaged over a a number of games at 1080p, less at higher resolutions.

I just peeked at these charts and some games it has slight edge. Upgrade or not to upgrade... that is the question?
 
Managed to get a 13600KF late last night elsewhere, cheaper and below £285. Should last me years and now gifting on my 12400F to family and selling the 12100F which I couldn't fault at all.

Looking at a NH-D15 as I'm not sure if my Fractal Torrent Compact will accommodate a 360 AIO I plan to buy considering with how large the Sapphire 6800 XT Nitro+ is?

We expecting 3-4 separate deliveries and all are overdue, I am been told that two of them should be here this week, but until I see them in my warehouse I won't hold my breath as I have had to import stock.
