Intel will launch its first dGPU line-up starting at $200

Yes I have a tiny penis but a big powerful computer which makes me much more manly;).

Thought so :D refreshing levels of honesty! Sadly it wont get you laid, I tested. No self respecting woman cares about your frame rate.

They do care about bank balance though! :D

If she wants to know your bank balance she may not be worth marrying... where do you find a woman who cares about your vram buffer? Tragically this recent conversation is infinitely more interesting than Intel's new GPUs.

What about autistic gaming girls with no self respect?

Actually reminds me of a girl years ago who got noticably horny when I was telling her about my PS3 collection of games

It has to be said the ps3 girl is very much a rarity. I could whisper about my hardware or games to my wife for approx 2 mins before putting her asleep. That's 1 min 44 seconds longer than.... it doesn't matter. :D

The GPU market is rigged by AMD/Nvidia. The more competition within the GPU space the better.

With the overpricing and rip off prices, I'll be on my 970 for another decade at this rate.

I hope next gen consoles **** GPU sales hard. Both firms deserve it.

Sort of with you till the last part, AMD make the consoles graphics so not really going to affect them that much but they do both need a brush up the pee hole for the out of control price bands but it aint gonna happen overnight.

That price fixing with the 570 aye.

Secret agreement that AMD can have the run of the low end gaming market as long as they leave Nvidia alone in the top end.

Also console sales making AMD suffer?

Obviously AMD make the GPU for consoles, they won't make a loss there, but their desktop GPU market will take a hit.

The PC is my preferred platform, but the high prices and lack of innovation is just killing any enthusiasm i have for it at the moment.

4 figures for a high end GPU, mid-teir now at 400/500 GBP...come on tae ****.

I wouldn't accept anything less than 2080 TI+ level of performance for £300/350. We should almost be there if it wasn't for greed by both firms and a serious lack of competition.

Oh come on, when has that ever been true of flagship cards? Yes pricing is out of control, but there has never been a flagship card that insanely low in price.

Besides, mid-tier doesn't cost £400. It costs £330 and could probably drop to £300 at Christmas. It's called the Radeon 5700.

The 5700/XT should be a 200/250 GBP card. So much so that AMD had it once listed as 690/680. If you're going to replace the previous series (580/570) at least match the price.

Lastly, before the **** hit the fan with pricing, Ti version of cards could be had for 600/650 GBP at one point. Now it's double that figure and for what? There is zero value to be had here in this segment.

Only a moron would be happy with the way pricing is today and personally i won't entertain such lunacy pricing schemes from either firm.
