International Space Station Overhead tonight - twice

Just watched that. Was cool how its brightness tailed off as it went towards the horizon.

When does the space shuttle leave the station? I was gutted to hear you could see it yesterday. :(

Photo is taken in timed exposer mode, lens stays open longer taking more of whats going on in. So say yar for 6 seconds and then stop. Thats time exposer, for the them 6 seconds the lens would have been open. The line is the Station passing overahead acorss the camera lens.

I saw it, looked amazing with the darkish blue sky, really really bright. Still scary.

Was that it? Looked like just one the other stars in the sky, just a bit brighter?

I ran in to call my sister but when I was back out it had vanished

Would it vanish just like that into the 'shadow'?

Saw it the 1st time round this evening, but was reading Wikipedia when it passed the 2nd time.

Have been watching Nasa TV a lot tonight though, and listening to the astronauts is geeky but riverting at the same time :D
