I realise the girls/women get all sorts of harassment on PoF, but some of the girls who message me can hardly hold a conversation! I expected more, I really did. I mean I have a shallow life in comparison to many many people but I can hold a conversation about anything and both parties be engaged!

I used to used POF thought it was alright, Went on a few dates, some there was no click, some were ok but didnt go past dating and 2 turned into relationships (6 months and 12 months but both failed!). Once you get past the fatties and women looking for a new daddy for their kids its ok!!

I wonder what the stats are for responses according to perceived attractiveness on PoF. I think OKCupid did this years ago.

I suppose:

attractive guy messaging fugly girl = fugly thinking it's a wind up
attractive guy messaging average girl = average thinking it's a joke, but may respond
average guy messaging average girl = the average girl thinks she can do better
etc
