Well I was supposed to be on a date today but she cancelled yesterday (with a potentially legitimate reason!). I told her I would like to rearrange something but have not heard anything. Ah well, the search continues...
 
Ok can someone tell me how this flipping thing works, i've signed up to POF, created my profile, and now I am getting random messages, do they get matched with me, or is it just randoms who can see my profile.

Basically, can I get me an idiots guide to POF now im on there.

Most of the time you can just click 'My matches' then whatever you've put in your options you'll get people within x miles, who don't smoke, or whatever. Plus it shows who's online at that moment. You can also use the search function and get plenty more results.
 
Still talking to this girl on FB we chat for ages, we really get on i've just given up on the phone conversations and will stick with text. We so far are still going ahead with the meet up wed or thursday!

I do email other people though while this is going on but no luck so far, they come in droves then it just stops :(

Make sure you log in, click Edit Profile at the top right, then goto Mail Settings.

Set it so that "Have messaged others for sex or intimate encounters" is checked, and do all the other options you like.

Should prevent you getting flooded with pics of man pieces.
 
Was a BBQ last night where ALL, and I mean ALL the couples there met online. Didn't really know anyone and was sorta dragged along by my current girlfriend who I met .... online.

Sounds like everyone is getting with the program. :p
 
I found it funny, Weekend free on Match and thought it was absolutely terrible. Nearly 80% of pictures were blurred and you had to ask permission to view them.

somehow, I think I'll stick with the free ones for now, they seem to be a lot better :D.
 
Im gonna try a new tactic on PoF, i will hammer the YES button on the meet me feature for about 5 minutes and then see what happens :p

Maybe i could get a bot or a clicker to do it for me and just leave it on all day or something.

That is destined to fail. Girls who click yes on that to me get ignored if they don't send a message. Similarly if I click yes to a girl and not send a message then nothing happens.

Your tactic will only work if you look even better than the good looking.##

Also I notice there are a lot of single girls in Glasgow on PoF. :P
