An ex is an ex for a reason... be sensible and keep it that way.
 
Well I'm back. Had a good afternoon, sat in the pub garden for a bit, and then went for a walkabout. He's kinda cute and we didn't have any awkward moments of not knowing what to talk about. He works not far from me, so there are plans to do lunch next week. :)
 
Well after a bit of a drought (bar attracting the lady boy) I seem to be getting some attention. One is a nurse and the other is a writer. Time will tell.

I just had a good look around POF and Match and there aren't even any women that I want to contact (with the exception of the ones I already have) so I suppose I'll have to give it a rest for a while. I wasn't getting anywhere with it anyway. It's all very depressing.
 
Congrats SS!

Today I became single again. Didn't work out, just too many things we found we didn't like about each other in the end. I think being too similar was the killer, I was warned but never mind. I learn the hard way and the best way. I feel bad as it's mostly my doing breaking up... a first for me really. I care for her but not like I thought I did at first. I hope she finds someone better for her.

For me, I'll probably jump back onto POF at some point but I'm gonna enjoy driving in my willy magnet of a car for a while and enjoy my ultimate freedom.
 
What's the best way of dealing with someone who asks ZERO questions! We've had 4 or 5 messages back and forth now, but it's hard to keep the conversation going as she's just responding to me, and not really asking much more. Shall I take the hint?
