Just a curiosity question because I've seen this happen first hand... are the network connections on the pc running at their fastest speeds. I've had to manually set a lan port a few times...

The below should work on windows 11 as well.

do you get same speeds with other sites, for example when downloading via a FTP server

To see true bandwidth you could do a iperf test between 2 computers on the same network to determine if the issue is on the local network or not.
