ANYONE and i mean ANYONE who has been diagnosed by their GP/Mental as having aspergers/autism before the event should be listened to. People who suddenly say they are autistic without any previous diagnoses should get a slap.

Your example is a million miles away from the one we are discussing and therefore totally irrelevant and, frankly, laughable.

As I have already said, this individual intentionally caused psychological harm and misery to already vulnerable and innocent human beings, on an entirely unprovoked basis and I'm glad the law is there to help protect them from further grief, in this case.

I agree. Its not like banter at the pub, swinging some random abuse at a stranger whos annoyed you.
Nor is it like the jokes on sikipedia or any such site, those jokes are written by the general public, granted some may be twisted but there never aimed at anyone per say, this guy went out of his way to talk victims families and start saying comments and posting other terrible things to actually cause more emotional pain and trauma to already grieving people.
He got what he deserved! He wasnt trollin' he was just twisted!
