Interview Tommorow. Getting Prepered

well today is the day.

just trying to think up some more questions and get ready as much as i can in my head :)

scary stuff this, only cos it means so much to me to get back into the market and area that i know best :(
 
Don't wear a grey tie unless your are an engineer or a programmer or something equally as boring. Go for something a bit brighter. Red works well with a grey suit but the shade should be in line with the job in hand. If the job requires you to be confident and bold, wear a striking red tie. If it's the sort of job where you need to fit in with a team or something a bit more sedate then go for a lighter shade. Just don't wear a grey tie.
 
Aye, spot on. Just make sure the tie isn't revolting. Go for a solid colour rather than a pattern.
 
it is indeed a solid colour, none of this patterned stuff.

well got a few questions lined up now.

1. how does (company name here) differ from other agents such as .......... what would you consider to be your strenghs and weaknesses compared to the other local agents?

2. what future prospects are there within the company? is there a promotional scheme etc?

still trying to think of a few more :(

I (probably quite irresponsibly) wing the questions part. The ones I normally think are stuff like pension, specifics on benefits, healthcare, career progression, training, ability to diversify internally - that sort of thing. If I can't think of anything I will say "no, you've actually answered everything I was going to ask - thanks"

i gotta be up to there head office at 5pm.

so leaving this place for my "denist appointment" at 3.15ish, go home have a shower, grab my bits then head the 10mile up the road and get there early. park up, calm myself and do my thing :D
