I'm guessing they would be similar to the DX gaming chair series. Before my Dx Gaming chair I was buying a new chair every year !!! Best thing I ever bought !

I weigh 19 stones though :(.

I'd say they are a little better than DX Racer from experience, something a lot of people agreed with when visiting our booth at i55!
 
I'm really in the market for a good gaming chair (will be my first) - these ones appeal - I really like the SL-2000 style, particularly the Carbon Black and the Black/White models (I'm not a big frame!).

Unfortunatly I can't get up to Bolton to try them out - so am looking for recomendations to help me decide what to go for.

well probably be about 2 weeks before i get my hands on the sl4000 . my first proper gaming chair purchase so hoping its worth the oney. will defo post my thoughts after
 
Yes, 22nd - 24th September is when the container will land with us, before that we may receive a small amount of stock to cover some preorders on a date of order basis.

not any major issues but some of the bolt holes were covered by a bit of material,
witout the lubar it feel very hard on the back may soften after time.

So far im liking it but not sure If its Great. will find out after time.

Is it just the photo or is the back not square? Looks drunk to one side.
 
Vertagear SL5000 quick review

After first day of true usage (around 10 hours!)

Pros
  1. Very Comfortable
  2. moveablity of all of the items is very good (arms,lift,back drop)
  3. easy to put together
  4. would buy again

Cons
  1. Price, everyone wants stuff cheaper £199 would be great
  2. lubar support can move, if you get up & sit back down would love a way to lock it. (not pratical but would be awesome

Misc
  1. not really a con, but took half a day to get really comfy
  2. i would like a thicker head support same as the lubar
  3. for crosslegged people be prepared to take half a day to soften the side so it does not feel restricted

Thanks Smogsy, really appreciate the feed back, I've been thinking of getting the SL-2000 but can't make up my mind if all black or the black and white one! :confused:

Good to have an honest opinion to these chairs - really helpful (are you sure your not on the sales team? - only kidding - lol)
 
Thanks for the mini review. Looking at getting a new chair, just can't make my mind up which to get, hard to choose when you can't actually sit on them.
