Starting to wonder if there's something wrong with my 6.

Amazed people aren't as peeved about the nasty animation glitching, little freezes and lack of fluidity.

The vsync'ish choppiness in Messages is what bugs me the most. It looks exactly the same as in iOS 8 so I don't know how they managed to break that too.

I'm getting it too but Im selling my 6 next month so I can deal with it for now.

Battery life looks better on the iPad Air and VPN issues sorted out by deleting old certificates from profiles and reinstalling app.

Animation is very choppy on the 6 Plus, would be pretty annoyed if I wasn't getting a 6S Plus on Friday!

You start doing a few things quickly and it just freezes for a second and then catches up.

Runs well enough on my iPad mini. Better than ios 8 I think. Shame I can't use ad blocking in safari as that's the main slowdown in this device now.

Wouldn't be surprised if it even lags on the 6S.

The 6 was a spot laggy when it first launched. Apple are letting their standards slip.

Not upgraded yet but wondered if you can do a "roll-back" to iOS 8 if not pleased ? Until a certain period of time? (Iphone 6, IOS 8.4.1 which is as smooth as butter by the way.)

Download the ISPW from https://ipsw.me/ and alt/option restore via iTunes then point it at the downloaded file. GSM is US phones, so get the global one.

I think iOS 9 has bricked my iPad 3.

On installation "Slide to upgrade", the screen just doesn't respond to gesture.

The girl I'm seeing had this on her 5S, I had to downgrade her phone to iOS 8.4 or whatever the latest iOS 8 is and then upgrade using iTunes rather than on the phone. See my previous link for the download site. Feel free to trust me or get me on Skype if you need a hand.

My iPad air is terrible on iOS 9 so far, really laggy and it feels like I'm using the original iPad or something. Tempted to do a fresh build on it and restore to see if it helps. Unimpressed overall to be honest, my iPhone 6 has been acting up.

Everything seems fine on my 6. Although I did a clean wipe and install for 9.

Only issue so far is Safari.

As soon as you scroll the screen is blank; the site's background colour only shows, until you stop scrolling and after 2 seconds the page loads.

Anybody else experiencing this?

Finally got my iPad working again, but had to restore it as a new iPad and then manually sync apps back and setting up all email accounts and syncing calendars. Tried restoring from old profile but it just would not have it.
